CPVC compound = High-performance modified PVC engineering plastic finished product with pre-mixed additives, belonging to the category of Plastic Raw Materials → Modified Plastics → PVC Modified Materials → CPVC Compounds.
Form: Powder or granular finished product (can be directly extruded/injection molded)
Using CPVC resin (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) as the base material, with the addition of stabilizers, lubricants, impact modifiers (such as CPE), fillers, colorants, etc., it is a ready-to-use composite plastic produced through high-speed mixing and extrusion granulation.
• Not pure resin, but a pre-formulated finished product, ready for customers to use directly in production.
• Engineering Plastics: Heat resistant (long-term 95℃), corrosion resistant, flame retardant, high strength
• Thermoplastics: Can be repeatedly heated and melted for processing
• Rigid Modified Materials: Chlorinated modification based on PVC, significantly improving heat resistance and rigidity
• Pipe Grade: Extruded hot water pipes, industrial pipes, fire-fighting pipes (high heat resistance, high impact resistance)
• Fitting Grade: Injection molded pipe fittings (high flow, high rigidity)
• Sheet/Profile Grade: Extruded sheets, corrosion-resistant profiles
• Cable Grade: Flame retardant insulation, aging-resistant sheathing
