Description
Superior Low-Temperature Impact Resistance: Does not crack at low temperatures, forms a three-dimensional network structure within PVC, maintaining toughness even at -30℃, significantly improving the impact resistance of products.
• Golden Compatibility with PVC: Chlorine content 35%±2%, low crystallinity (TAC 0–10%), high molecular weight (Type A), matches PVC viscosity well, disperses effectively, does not migrate, and does not precipitate.
• Weather and Aging Resistance: Saturated structure, resistant to ozone, acids, alkalis, salts, and UV rays; outdoor profiles/pipes will not chalk or discolor over long-term use.
• Flame Retardant and Safe: Chlorine content ≈35%, flame retardant up to UL94 V–0, suppresses smoke, does not spontaneously combust, suitable for flame retardant requirements in building materials/cables.
• Good Processing Stability: Whiteness ≥85, volatile matter ≤0.4%, low impurities, thermal stability ≥8min, smooth extrusion/injection molding, smooth surface, free of bubbles and black spots.
• High filler content reduces costs: Allows for increased filler additions such as calcium carbonate without significantly reducing strength, thus lowering raw material costs.
• Excellent physical properties: Elongation at break ≥600%, Shore A ≤65, providing toughness while maintaining rigidity, resulting in products that are resistant to bending and cracking.
📦 Product Applications
• Rigid PVC: Profiles, pipes, fittings, sheets, wall panels, doors and windows, WPC (wood-plastic composite).
• Wires and cables: Flame-retardant insulation layer, aging-resistant sheath.
• Rubber blends: Blended with EVA, NBR, etc., to improve oil resistance, cold resistance, and abrasion resistance.
