Unwind web guiding system provides the accuracy shrink sleeve seaming position, optional rewind oscillation device can oscillate the seaming area on rewinding.
Equipped load cell type tension controller to assure extremely stable rewinding tension without adjustment when speed and diameter varied.
Sleeve width adjusting device: forming plate unnecessary when shrink sleeve width over 50mm, bring down the production cost.
Both Wheel type (on unwind before forming) and Felt type (on machine after forming) glue applicator are equipped for matching different characters of shrink film and adhesive.
Solvent flow adjusting system: the flow of solvent is automatically match up with the machine speed varies.
