Product Characteristics
HIPS SKH - 126 of Starring Environmental Materials is a granular material. It boasts characteristics such as high toughness, environmental - friendliness, high impact resistance, and high flowability. It has a melt flow rate (MFR) of 9.5 g/10 min (tested according to ASTM D1238). The tensile strength at break is 20.5 MPa, with an elongation at break of 36.0% (tested per ASTM D638). Its Vicat softening point reaches 85.0 °C (ASTM D1525). In terms of optical properties, the yellowness index is 1.2, and the glossiness at an 85° angle is 90.0% (tested by ASTM D1925 and ASTM D523 respectively). The Izod impact strength is 75.0 J/cm (ASTM D256).
