Product Characteristics
AS NF2200AE of Ningbo Formosa Plastics is a granular material. It has the characteristics of heat resistance, chemical resistance, transparency and versatility. Its melt flow rate (MFR) is 26 g/10 min and 2.6 g/10 min under the test condition of 220°C×10kgf(98N) (ISO 1133), with a density of 1.07 (ISO 1183). The Rockwell hardness is M - 80 (ISO 2039 - 2), the flexural modulus is 3330 kg/cm2 (ISO 178), the tensile strength is 71 kg/cm2 (ISO 527), and the flexural strength is 94 kg/cm2 (ISO 178). The heat distortion temperature under 1.82MPa is 90°C (ISO 75/A). It has a flammability rating of HB (UL 94), and the impact strength at 23°C with a thickness of 1/4" is 17 kg - cm/cm (ASTM D256).
