Application: PVC foam board, signage board, foamed profile, pvc cable, brightener, wax emulsion (emulsification), modified material, paints and ink production etc. Description: J-606A is a high-density oxidized homopolymer wax. J-606A in the process of PVC extrusion foaming, can promote fusion, reduce plastizing additives dosage which is cost effective. Reduce the adhesive force of thermoplastic dissolution and increase yield; Promote plasticization,an reduce the amount of other plasticizers,and has higher cost performance;Improve the gloss and appearance of the finished product;Less fluctuation in viscosity and acid value,stable product quality;Good Metal stripping,good demolding performance in the later stage;Can equally replace OA6 in the field of PVC foaming.
