Lefnmould good at Large-Capacity Precision Manufacturing: Specializing in 800L-1500L pallet/turnover box molds, using pre-hardened alloy steel (such as S136) or D2 mold steel, offering strong wear resistance. The box structure design reinforces corner load-bearing capacity and supports injection molding of various plastics such as EPP/PP/PE, meeting the high load requirements of the logistics and warehousing industries.
Intelligent Cooling Technology: The mold core incorporates 3D conformal water channels, combined with an external chiller for rapid cooling, increasing cooling efficiency by 40% compared to traditional molds. A zoned temperature control system prevents uneven shrinkage, ensuring dimensional accuracy (within ±0.5mm), especially suitable for deep-cavity, thick-walled structures.
High-Efficiency Production Design: Optimized hot runner system reduces waste, and with automatic demolding by a robotic arm, the single-piece molding cycle is controlled within 160-200 seconds (800L size). The mold is equipped with a hydraulic core-pulling mechanism, allowing for one-time molding of complex structures (such as forklift slots and stacking clips), achieving a daily output of over 400 pieces.
Multifunctional Insert Design: The mold adopts a modular insert structure, allowing for quick replacement of internal inserts. The same mold can produce two types of boxes: a sealed type (with leak-proof adhesive strip grooves) suitable for liquid transport; and a mesh-ventilated type suitable for solid loading. Mold changeover time is less than 30 minutes, significantly reducing customer equipment investment costs and improving production line flexibility.
