Description
The machine is automatic rolling bag making machine, which are suit for printing and non-printing bag making. The material of bag is HDPE, LDPE and biodegradable film .Bag-on-roll with paper core production.Its automatic film-break and automatic core-change function help bag suppliers to improve bag making capacity and to reduce energy and man power at the most extent.It adopt double servo motors control system makes producing more stable.
1.Automatic Counting, automatic roll change , adopt PLC servo motor ,and frequency converter to control.
2.One person can to operate more than one machines .
3.This machine use paper core& pvc core rolling ,double cots feeding synchronously ,no scratch on scalding mark
5.After feeding, point breaking and sealing at the same time, the sealing no stretching and particularly firm, and the distance of sealing bottom line can be 10 mm.
6.The structure of machine adopt alloy steel use computer laser cutting , its thickness , then at high speed running production , the machine is very stably .
