Standard sizes are 235×235mm and 300×300mm. Customized sizes up to 1000×1000mm and above are also available. They are compatible with various models such as Creality, Prusa, and Voron.
Process Upgrade:
Using aviation-grade carbon steel substrate combined with high-temperature electrostatic spraying of PEI coating, the temperature resistance can reach up to 300℃+, and it also possesses excellent anti-adhesion property, wear resistance and long-term stability.
Ready-to-use immediately:
High flatness, uniform thickness, no need for cumbersome leveling; supports magnetic back adhesive or mechanical fixation, easy to replace.

High-strength series: ABS, ASA, PC (Polycarbonate), PEEK,PA12,PEBAX,meeting the requirements of high rigidity, heat resistance and impact resistance;
Special Function Series:
PETG: Balances strength and transparency, resistant to chemical corrosion;
Nylon (nylon): High toughness, self-lubricating, suitable for moving parts such as gears and bearings;
TPU/TPE: Flexible materials with adjustable hardness, suitable for shock absorption and sealing components.
Quality Assurance:
Strict control of dimensions: ±0.02mm. Low bubbles, low shrinkage, strong batch stability, suitable for continuous production and verification of key functional components.
