PVC Grinding Machine
During operation, crushed PVC material or granules enter the machine. The main shaft drives the rotating blade disc at high speed, creating intense shearing and impact forces against the stationary blade disc, gradually pulverizing the material into powder. The equipment is equipped with a water circulation cooling system, which effectively controls the grinding temperature and prevents heat-sensitive materials such as PVC from degrading due to high temperatures. The resulting powder is conveyed out by a fan and screened through a vibrating sieve system. Coarse powder that does not meet the fineness requirement is automatically returned to the grinding chamber for re-grinding. Customization is available upon request.
