1. Machine weaving speed up to 120-150 rotations/min.
2. Based on the speed, more than 20% power saving than traditional machines’.
3. No shuttle running out of track or broken when normal operation. The lifespan of the shuttle wheel always more than one year, and low consumption of wearing parts, good flatness of fabric surface.
4. Due to levitating shuttle running method, no warp threads attrited, so tension strength of warp threads is higher 50N compared to traditional machines’ at least.
5. Noise is about 85 db.
