The assembly line usually starts with the infeed mechanism, where products are placed onto a belt conveyor for movement. Such objects are then subjected to various sorting technologies to be separated and oriented properly as required. After that, a manipulator or layer-forming mechanism collects them, forming patterns according to algorithms or sensors. After forming such a layer, it is placed on a pallet with the assistance of a transfer mechanism. This step is also repeated while the required height of the stack is reached.
