HPN series nitrogen generator & booster 2-in-1 machine, is the latest series of integrated machine that combines nitrogen production and high-pressure nitrogen booster in gas-assisted equipment system into just one integrated machine, and can meet 2 to 3 sets of molds production needs by cooperating with the gas-assisted controller.
Built-in two sets of high efficiency and quality molecular sieve adsorption tower, using alternate nitrogen production method to produce high-purity nitrogen (higher than 99%), with 300NL/min output flow ; Built-in three-stage high precision air filter and low pressure nitrogen storage tank. Built-in nitrogen compressor to provide high-pressure nitrogen output flow rate of 200-250NL/min with maximum output pressure 350bar, built-in high-pressure nitrogen storage tank and intake buffer cylinder.
Adopts programmable PLC and 7-inch color touch screen.
Easy & low cost installation, only needs compressed air with 6-8bar pressure 1.5m3/minflow rate.
