SE series single screw is mainly used for waste plastics recycling granulation, can produce PP, PE, PS, ABS, PA, PVC, PC, POM, EVA, LCP, PMMA and many other hard plastics, injection molding parts crushed materials, as well as clean and unadulterated PP, PE, POE and other films, PP, PE woven bags, PET waste wire and so on.
Reduction gearbox adopts hard gear surface, high torque design, running smoothly without noise, screw according to the material characteristics of special design, screw and barrel by nitriding treatment, or the use of double alloy material, greatly increase the service life of the equipment. The design of vacuum exhaust or natural exhaust port is adopted on the barrel, which can exhaust the moisture and exhaust gas during the production process, so that the discharge is more stable, the granule is more solid, and the appearance of the finished granule is more beautiful.
