2024 CHINAPLAS – Preview of exhibits for the 50th anniversary of the establishment of FCS Group

After 50 years of remarkable development, 2024 commemorates the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Fu Chun Shin Group (FCS), which has evolved from a humble startup in 1974 to an industry leader today. Reflecting on the past five decades, FCS's founders embarked on this journey amidst formidable challenges with immense dreams and unwavering passion. Through extraordinary courage, relentless perseverance, and countless days and nights of dedication, the FCS brand has flourished against all odds. Market fluctuations, technological advancements, and the managerial acumen of predecessors have collectively shaped the distinctive corporate culture and cherished corporate ethos of FCS. From April 23 to 26 this year, FCS will showcase its 50 years of achievements at CHINAPLAS 2024, gracing Shanghai with its innovative products. Among these is the new-generation multi-component injection molding machine, the culmination of 50 years of tireless efforts—aptly named "Everlasting Innovation after 50 Years’ Development".

As the benchmark of the multi-component and multi-material injection molding machine over years, FCS FB series multi‐component injection molding machine will launch new-generation products, which can better satisfy the demands and expectations of modern users with comprehensive upgrades and optimization on the original basis. During this exhibition, FCS will exhibit several multi-component injection molding machines, including multi-component injection molding machines equipped with electric injection units, all-electric multi-component injection molding machines, and high-speed multi-component injection molding machines that shocked the industry once launched in 2023 to meet the product needs of different users. Meanwhile, the injection molding machines (FA series) and all-electric injection molding machines (CT series) that enjoy great popularity in the medical and optical industry will also be exhibited at the booth of FCS and its partners. In addition, the iMF 4.0 Intelligent ManuFactory system independently developed by FCS can be equipped on different brands of injection molding machines, enabling manufacturers to grasp the real-time production status and realize smart manufacturing.

1. New-Generation Power‐Saving Multi‐Component Injection Molding System: FB-R series (5th Generation)

FCS has developed the fifth generation of FB series multi-component injection molding machines as the benchmark of the multi-component and multi-material injection molding machines based on 50 years’ scientific research, which not only optimizes the appearance, but also adds several new functions and improvements, so that the new generation of FB series can better satisfy the demands and expectations of users.

Main features:  

• Appearance :The newly designed appearance maintains the original high quality and durability, the machine dimensions are optimized for 15% less space, and the ergonomic modular design of metal plates makes maintenance easier.
• Clamp :The overall rigidity of the new clamping unit is lifted by 15%. The rotary table is upgraded in specification with the mold load increased by 10%. The advanced electric rotary table is 10% faster. Lubricating steel pipes are adopted for ejectors and crankshafts, the clamping unit is equipped with linear guide, and the contactless design of movable platen and the tie bar enhances the speed of mold opening and closing by 15%.
• Injection :Hydraulic seat adopts linear rail structure for advance and retreat, which leads to higher control accuracy. The injection unit equipped with linear guide saves energy by 10%. Optional electric injection units can meet the demands for high-precision products.
• Power :Comprehensively upgraded power design lifts the pressure intensity of the machine system by 50%. The new weld-free design of pipes enhances the environment-friendly property, safety, stability and reliability of the complete machine.
• Controller :Comprehensive system upgrade, optimized user interface and operating experience, added functions, operation and execution action commands, higher accuracy, 20% faster reaction speed, real-time display of energy consumption and optimized energy consumption make the whole machine more energy-saving.

   

FB-300Re to be exhibited at FCS exhibition booth is the PET+TPE dual-material two-component multi-component injection molding system equipped with an electric injection unit. It will match the one-for-one preservation box mold (box + lid) and French SEPRO automatic withdrawal system with a cycle time of 30 seconds.

2. All‐Electric Two‐Component Injection Molding Machine (CT‐R series)

CT-R series all‐electric multi‐component injection molding machine is a new product launched by FCS in recent years, which is suitable for multi-component molding with "high precision and high cleanliness". Two or multiple independent barrels for simultaneous injection, which greatly shortens the cycle time. The high-speed stable electric rotary table effectively increases the speed by 30-50%. The positioning precision reaches 0.005°. The injection carriage is equipped with linear guide, which reduces the charging back pressure to nearly 0 and effectively reduces the melt overflow from the nozzles or hot runners.

High-performance servo motor system and controller can realize an injection speed of 200mm/sec, and injection precision of 0.01mm. The new-generation 21.5” touch screen guarantees smart manufacturing.

CT-280R two-component 16+16 “cryovial tube” injection molding machine will be exhibited together with the full-automatic withdrawal and laser carving system with a cycle time of 12 seconds. The two-component electric technology and smart automatic system can realize the clean, unmanned and efficient low-carbon green and quality development of the medical manufacturing field.

3. Thin-Wall Package High-Speed Two-Component Injection Molding System/IML Manufacturing System: SA-h Series

FCS continues to cooperate with BROSEN Mode to launch the special SA-380h thin-wall package multi-component high-speed injection molding system at the exhibition. The system mold made by Bolaisheng with imported materials and refined technology can control the precision of 0.0002mm with the aid of high-end imported equipment. FCS has innovatively launched the special machine based on the strengths of SA-h high-speed machines (injection speed of 445mm/sec), its own multi-component injection molding technology and the R&D strength of Bolaisheng Mold, which adds injection systems on the high-speed injection molding machine, forms the two-component high-speed injection molding machine, and realizes the two-component high-speed injection molding machine for 12+12 two-component yogurt (lid + spoon integrated) with a cycle time of 7 seconds. In addition, the machine also matches Jinghua full-automatic IML and lid and spoon assembling system, which greatly enhances production efficiency, saves equipment and workshop costs, and satisfies multiple production demands of clients.

4． Electric Precision Optical Injection Molding System: FA-e Series

FA series precision injection molding system has enjoyed great popularity in the optical and medical industries in recent years. FA-350e series to be exhibited is an electric injection molding version of the series. It has comprehensively upgraded specifications, optimized clamping unit, enhanced platen structural strength by 30%, GB level 1 energy-saving verification of servo energy-saving oil pump, greatly enhanced precision and stability in the forming process of precision optical instruments such as light guide strips/lens, and prolonged service life of equipment. One-for-two 70cm light guide strips for vehicles manufactured with FA-350e will be exhibited. Combined with Chaoqun automatic withdrawal system, the machine has a cycle time of 60 seconds.

5. Precision Injection Molding System: FA Series (Chaoqun Exhibition Platform Hall 5.1 D75)

Launched in 2019, FA series standard version integrating ergonomic and aesthetic appearance and fine performance, efficiency and wisdom is not only popular among users, but also integrates the advantages of an advanced electronic control system, provides modular specification selection and FCS’s iMF 4.0 smart manufacturing solutions, which can meet clients demands for customization and high efficiency. One FA-160 standard machine will also be exhibited at the Chaoqun Automatic Exhibition Platform at D75, Hall 5.1, together with educational and entertaining assembly model products of mammoth and deer. 6. High-Efficiency All-Electric Injection Molding System: CT-e Series (Frenk Exhibition Platform Hall 5.2 F100)

CT-e series all-electric injection molding machine is the best solution for precision plastic spare parts. It has an injection speed of 300mm/sec, repeated accuracy of injection position of 0.01mm, closed-loop control, faster and more accurate mold adjustment, good process stability without being affected by oil, dirt or temperature. One CT-220e machine will be exhibited at the Frenk Exhibition Platform at F100, Hall 5.2. FCS’s products with barrel sets newly designed according to product demands, optical lens molds and Frenk’s hot runner technology will be the best substitute for the imported equipment of the same category. The automative-grade injection molding technology for optical lens will be displayed at the exhibition.
