Generally, the cold washing line mainly includes: a conveyor belt with a metal detector, a label remover, a sorting conveyor, a crusher, a screw loader, a floating washing tank, a high-speed friction washing machine, a dewatering machine, and a silo storage. After these machines, labels, caps, rings, glue, sediment, and other dirt can be removed effectively, and finally, clean and dry PET flakes can be obtained.

The hot washing line adds a rinsing tank and two hot washing tanks to the cold washing line, which can better remove oil stains and glue. As a result, the final PET flakes will be cleaner and brighter. We can provide customization according to customers' requirements.
