Gas-assisted Injection Booster & Controller 2-in-1 Integrated machine, a full set of nitrogen pressurization and high-pressure nitrogen gas injection control equipment in just one machine.
Equipment installation and control With simplicity and automation, it can be used to produce gas-assisted products with different types of injection molding machines.
Control output pressure 0-350Bar. With automatic linear correction function.
10 time setting ( 5 for slope, 5 for pressure hold), time setting range 0.1-99.9,
Starting delay adjustable range 0.1-99.9 seconds.
Automatic and manual status indication, With periodic setting cleaning function.
Compressed air inlet: min. 6 bar, Max. 8 bar; Low pressure nitrogen input port: minimum 15 bar, maximum.
High-pressure nitrogen output pressure: up to 350 bar, High-pressure nitrogen output flow rate: Max.120NL/min.
