KTE/SE series adopts upper-order twin-screw plasticizing, mixing, open mouth extrusion without back pressure, and lower-order single-screw low-speed, low-shear and gentle extrusion pelletizing, according to the different characteristics of the materials can be selected from air-cooled hot cutting, water-cooled pulling, water ring cutting and other pelletizing methods. The unit is mainly used in heat-sensitive materials modification pelletizing such as PVC cable material, XLPE peroxide crosslinking material, PE low smoke halogen-free flame retardant fuel, soft PVC medical material, EVA foam sole material, PE/EVA carbon black masterbatch and so on.
