Description
1. the unit adopts a met metening pump with a precision sensing pressure system to strictly control the output glue of the extruder to ensure stable film fomation and uniform extrusion.
2. The cooling roller adopts a large diameter special low path roller, which improves the cooling effect in high-speed production and ensures uniform temperature of the surface of the cooling roller.
3. The vacuuming device is used to make the produced film better fit to the casting cooling coucible ,and the cooling effect is better, and the film perfommance is improved.
4. A fenced stair case is installed around the unit, which is user-fiendly and convenient for operators to check the condition of the machine at anytime.
