Description
The gas assisted injection controller, as the most critical equipment configuration in the gas assisted injection molding equipment system, mainly cooperates with the injection molding machine to control injection pressure and injection time of high-pressure nitrogen gas.
The features of our series of EJS SF-1/2/4 gas auxiliary main controller including:
- with 1/2/4 gas control circut groups, two signal interfaces provided simultaneously for one or two injection molding machines.
- with a high-pressure electromagnetic proportional valve, by advanced design, precise structure, high reaction sensitivity, strong reliability, and stable repetitive output pressure.
- with Mitsubishi programmable PLC and a 7-inch color touch screen, providing users-friendly control system and monitoring system, which makes production operations simpler and more intuitive.
- with three-dimensional metal casing with 4 roller wheels, making assembly & de-assembly simple and convenient.
