This machine is suitable for various heat compound film to make one or two row of 8 side seal, flatwith zipper,3 side seal with zipper and 4 side seal with zipper pouch.The whole machine controlled by the industrial computer, Preset functions available as bagging speedand length, temperature, count, batch counting, punch, multiple conveyance, finished product carrybreakdown alarm and urgent stop in case of trouble.Main and auxiliary traction length setting all uses AC servo motor and servo driver from Panasonic JapanUnwind traction motor auto-controlled by AC inverter. The unwind part use constant tension system with photoelectric sensor deviation rectifying.Unwind traction motor for gusset bottom-feeding uses AC inverter for auto speed regulation andmagnetic powder brake for auto control of constant tension. The machine applies imported photoelectric sensor for auto tracking and position detecting. ltalso has multiple conveyance and double ironing function.With high speed vibration
