Banner's PE powder can improve mechanical properties , surface finish and appearance and imporve pigment dispersion, make the product color uniform, fine surface and improve low temperature resistance in SMC BMC/DMC and Pultrusion of FRP filed. As a binder for cathode ring in alkaline battery , that was added to dry mixing formula before moulding with significant effect. Our PE powder can increase the mechanical strength of the cathode ring , increase bulk density and compaction. Recuding dust formation whild dry mixing, better health for operator. No interference with the electrochemical reaction. Used for carbon block filter as a binder which does not affect the effect of removing chlorine and improving the strength of carbon block .
