Application: PVC foam board, cabinet board, solid door board, 15mm or more foam thick board, etc. Product advantage: P-503 is a newly designed Ultra High Molecular Weight acrylic processing aid for foamed pvc and wpc extrusion use.Slower plasticization, higher viscosity, higher melt strength, poorer fluidity. P-503 improves processing window and enhance impact through strong and slow fusion control in rigid foamed applications, promoting plasticizing with extra high melt strength and elasticity, creating excellent glossy surface finishing with smooth and regulated cellular structure in core.Prevent the rupture of the bubble holes of the foamed products, and then form a uniform and dense structure of the bubble holes.
