It significantly boosts production efficiency by replacing traditional manual sewing processes. Integrating mechanical, electrical, and optical technologies, the ZXL-E700 automates the entire production line. It features a user-friendly LCD touch screen interface with PLC control. Key processes include automatic material feeding, precise photoelectric tracking, computer-controlled positioning and edge correction, automatic punching, and high-speed online handle attaching (烫把). This ensures sturdy sealing, neat cutting, and consistent, high-efficiency output.
