Description
Polyester wax YM65 is a synthetic wax made from bio-grade raw materials, widely used in multiple industrial fields. It features excellent processing performance and stability, especially excelling in plastic processing, lubrication, and pigment dispersion.
Application:
PVC Processing: It has excellent internal and external lubrication functions, which can promote plasticization while enhancing fluidity and demolding effect, and improving the surface gloss of the products.
Engineering Plastics: Enhance fluidity, reduce demolding pressure, and minimize injection flow liner, making it suitable for complex injection molded parts.
Masterbatch: Serves as a pigment carrier, improving dispersion speed and stability, enhancing product gloss, and reducing VOC emissions.
Leather and Coatings: Improves the feel of coatings and enhances acid, alkali, and hard water resistance.
