Optimized reinforcing rib design allows for a dynamic load of up to 3 tons per pallet (compliant with ISO8611 standards) and a static load of 8 tons.

2. Intelligent production system: Optimized cooling channels reduce the cycle time for 1600×1200mm heavy-duty pallets to 180 seconds. A hot runner balancing system combined with robotic arm parts handling enables a daily output of over 800 pieces with a scrap rate of <2%.

3. Special material solutions: The mold uses 1.2344ESR steel (hardness HRC54), compatible with high-strength materials such as HDPE/PP+30%GF. DLC surface coating provides a wear-resistant lifespan of up to 800,000 mold cycles.

4. Extended Functionality Design: Embedded RFID chip slot to meet smart logistics needs; Quick-change anti-slip nails/anti-static textured inserts to suit special industries such as food and electronics.
