Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a kind of random polymer material,composed of high density polyethylene (HDPE) by chlorination reaction &polymer modification, as the conditions of chlorination, and polyethylene chloride content change in the raw material, can be made from rubber shape to hard plastic products, it is a kind of special rubber,it is a kind of excellent plastic modifier, and it is a permanent plasticizer of PVC rigid products. CPE products* variety is generally divided into special rubber, plastics modification agent, coating adhesive and other categories.
