Diaphragm is a component in the form of a thin film that has a significant impact on determining the performance of vales, pumps, flowmeters, and other various types of devices and maintaining reliable operations. Our diaphragms are designed to meet the required environment and purpose of our customers, and they contain reinforced fiber materials to provide reliable operation under high pressure conditions. We also adjust the thickness of the diaphragm and the location of the reinforced fibers for each purpose, thereby improving the dynamic characteristics and control responsiveness of the equipment. NEM manufactures and supplies non-standard diaphragms in various shapes and specifications depending on the request of its customers through customized designs. We analyze external factors such as temperature / fluid / pressure and suggest suitable diaphragms.
