Description
In the PVC automatic compounding system, the weighing batching system is normally composed of two separate subsystems: a set of main materials weighing batching system and a set of auxiliary materials weighing batching system. Each batching system has the feeding silo for each material, also with the screw conveyor, batching sales and etc.
Suitable for high-accuracy weighing of powder or granulate in an automatic dosing and weighing system.
Precise single-ended beam load cells are used for high-accuracy weighing. Adopting a rubber weighing hopper and a pneumatic knock-out to make sure the product is discharged completely.With a sensor protection device to prevent the sensor from being damaged during the installation and transportation process.
