Product Characteristics
HIPS SKH - 127 of Starring Environmental Materials is a milky - white granular material. It has the properties of being easy - to - process, high - impact - resistant, medium - flow, and colorable. Its melt flow rate (MFR) ranges from 5 to 8 g/10 min (tested according to ASTM D1238). The tensile strength is ?21 MPa, and the elongation at break is ?40% (tested per ASTM D638). The Vicat softening point is between 92 - 94 °C (ASTM D1525). In terms of optical properties, the yellowness index is ?3, and the glossiness is ?80% (tested by ASTM D1925 and ASTM D523 respectively). The Izod impact strength is ?110 J/m (ASTM D256).
Application Fields
Computer Shells: Used for manufacturing durable and impact - resistant computer shells.
Sheet Materials: Suitable for producing various sheet products with good formability.
