Dizo Ultrasonic is specialized in the R&D and manufacturing of plastic welding equipment since 2007. With 20 years' expansion and growth, Dizo has become an integrated provider of plastic welding solutions covering ultrasonic welding, hot-plate welding, vibration welding, and dedicated welding machines for automotive interior & exterior applications, as well as electronics, medical, packaging, and other industries. So far We have cooperated with many well-known OEM including Volkswagen, BYD, Huawei, Tesla, NIO, and XPeng through their tier‑1 component suppliers.

Dizo is based in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province—an advanced manufacturing hub in China’s Yangtze River Delta region, with convenient access to major logistics networks. We operate with a team of 120 employees, including 40 engineers, supported by a dedicated plastic welding lab and an ultrasonic components lab. Our manufacturing capabilities include five standard production lines, 30+ machining/processing machines, a 10,000 m² facility, and an annual capacity of approximately 3,000 machines, along with supporting capacity of up to 10,000 sets of related components.

Since 2020, we have actively expanded into international markets. Today, our products are shipped to over 20 countries across four continents, including the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, Turkey, Egypt, Russia, Mexico, Brazil, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. We have also established local distributor networks in markets such as Russia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Mexico. In Russia and Vietnam, dedicated showrooms and after-sales service teams have been set up to provide faster, more convenient localized support.
