HOW LVT FLOOR IS MADE

LVT flooring is a popular eco-friendly and durable flooring option, with its production relying on professional extrusion equipment and rigorous processes. The core manufacturing steps are simple and efficient: first, select high-quality PVC resin, calcium carbonate, plasticizers and stabilizers, and mix them evenly to form a high-quality compound. Then, the compound is fed into an extruder for plasticization and extrusion, and pressed into a base sheet by a calender. Next, the decorative film and wear-resistant layer are hot-pressed with the base sheet, and then subjected to constant temperature tempering to ensure tight bonding of each layer. Finally, it is cooled and cut into the required specifications to become a finished LVT floor.
